introduces principles, assessment and basic techniques for
mobilization, fascial release and motility
correction of the sphincters, esophagus, stomach,
duodenum, gall bladder, bladder and uterus. An ideal
treasure chest of visceral techniques for beginner or
experienced therapist alike.
Prerequisites: Training and practice in either fascial release
and/or craniosacral therapy is recommended, but not
required.

Claudia Scrivener holds a Bachelors
and a Masters degree in Physical Therapy
and is a Physiotherapist practising at Hands
On Health Centre in Kamloops, B.C. Her
professional focus is on manual therapy with
an emphasis on subtle energy work  and
intuitive assessment skills. She also has
expertise in chronic pain management, pelvic
floor pain and incontinence. She has trained
to Mastery level in Myofascial Technique with
John Barnes, and has studied Visceral
Manipulation and Lymphatic Drainage to an
advanced level. She nurtures a long-term
interest in Homeopathy.
She studied Tai Chi, Reiki, Therapeutic
Touch, and Internal Meditation Chi Gong in
New York in the 1980s. Moving to B.C. in
1990 she trained in One-Finger Pointing Zen
(Healing) Chi Gong  to mastery level, and in
Bagua (Circle-Walking) Chi Gong. She has
also studied Energy Grounding for treating
cancer and other chronic diseases, working
with master healer Denis Chagnon.
